Associate Scientist to Scientist, DMPK

Structure Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Scientist to Scientist in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) to join our team in Shanghai, China. This role focuses on bioanalytical method development and sample analysis for our small molecule projects, contributing to our mission of developing life-changing medicines through advanced structure-based and computational drug discovery technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and qualifying LC-MS/MS methods, conducting bioanalysis across various biological matrices, and processing and analyzing data to support project progression. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Biology, Chemistry, Toxicology, Regulatory, and Clinical departments, is essential to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of ADME studies.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in DMPK, analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, or life sciences, with 3-5 years of experience in bioanalytical methods. Expertise in small molecule and peptide bioanalysis, handling complex sample analyses, and familiarity with bioanalytical guidelines are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, are also essential.
