Legal Operations Manager

Structuretx is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the efficiency of our legal department. This role involves close collaboration with our legal team and other departments to streamline processes and support the company's growth objectives.

The Legal Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, including intake, review, negotiation, approval, execution, and post-signature obligations. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and improving our library of templates and playbooks, tracking key dates and obligations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a related field, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment. A strong understanding of commercial SaaS contracting concepts, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with tools such as Slack, Salesforce, and e-signature platforms are essential.
