Associate Account Manager (Hybrid)
The Associate Account Manager at OpenTable plays a pivotal role in managing the full lifecycle of restaurant partnerships, from onboarding to ongoing engagement. The Associate Account Manager will oversee the entire customer journey, encompassing onboarding, installation, configuration, training, adoption, retention, and revenue growth. Additionally, the role involves customizing OpenTable software installations to meet each restaurant's unique operational needs and acting as the primary liaison to resolve cross-functional issues across various departments.
Candidates should possess proven experience in account management, consultative selling, or equivalent customer-facing roles within the restaurant or hospitality industry. A deep understanding of restaurant operations and hands-on experience in local restaurant markets are essential. Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to solve complex problems are also required. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation is necessary for business-related travel.
