Analyst I, Directed Content - Italian Speaker

AlphaSense is seeking an Analyst I, Directed Content - Italian Speaker to join our Expert Insights team in London. This role involves identifying and recruiting high-quality experts to enhance our Expert Transcript Library, ensuring comprehensive coverage for our clients. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to delivering valuable market intelligence through expert interviews and transcripts.

In this position, you will conduct research to identify suitable experts for assigned projects, perform outreach via email and LinkedIn, and coordinate calls to assess their fit. You will document experts' relevant experience, address their questions, and negotiate rates to align with project budgets. Additionally, you will support scheduling and monitor calls to ensure seamless execution.

The ideal candidate has over two years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, or market intelligence roles that involve proactive outreach and evaluation. Proficiency in Italian at C1/C2 levels is essential. Key attributes include inquisitiveness, energy, organization, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.
