Analyst I, Directed Content

AlphaSense is seeking an Analyst I for its Directed Content team, a crucial component of the Expert Insights group. This team is responsible for generating thousands of expert calls each quarter, ensuring comprehensive coverage within the AlphaSense Expert Transcript Library. The Analyst I will play a pivotal role in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier experts globally, aligning with the company's mission to deliver high-quality and relevant market intelligence content.

In this role, the Analyst I will conduct thorough research to identify experts who best fit the scope of assigned research projects. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective experts through email and LinkedIn outreach, conducting validation calls to assess their suitability, and documenting their relevant experience for evaluation by Client Contributors. The analyst will also handle expert inquiries, negotiate rates, support scheduling of calls, and monitor sessions to ensure seamless execution.

The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or related fields that require proactive outreach and expert evaluation. Key attributes include an inquisitive nature, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset focused on delivering optimal expert profiles efficiently.
