AI Partner Architect
The AI Partner Architect role at Box is a strategic position within the AI partnerships and ecosystem team, focusing on driving high-impact integrations and partnerships with leading AI platforms, cloud providers, enterprise applications, systems integrators, and emerging AI startups. In this role, the AI Partner Architect will define and prioritize AI partnership opportunities aligned with Box's product roadmap and corporate objectives. Responsibilities include owning technical relationships with strategic partners, guiding them from initial concept through scalable implementation, and engaging hands-on with partners' product and engineering teams to design AI solutions and build proofs of concept. Additionally, the role involves creating and maintaining scalable ecosystem guidance, enabling and recruiting AI partners to build with the Box platform, and representing Box externally through demos and solution design sessions.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in partner architecture, applied AI, solutions architecture, sales engineering, developer relations, product management, or related roles in AI, SaaS, or software. Deep fluency in AI technologies, trends, and integration patterns is essential, along with hands-on technical ability to build and validate prototypes. Proven experience engaging, enabling, and recruiting partners or customers, including AI-native and enterprise app developers, is also required. Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are necessary, as well as a strategic, creative, self-starting mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and thrive in ambiguity.
