In this role, the AI Engineering Manager will lead one or more engineering teams, setting the technical direction for internal tools and platforms that drive efficiency, automation, and productivity. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of internal systems supporting multiple departments, such as AI-powered workflows, internal web applications, data and event pipelines, third-party integrations, and support tooling. The manager will balance technical leadership with people management, fostering a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and curiosity around new technologies, including AI.

Candidates should have a BA or BS Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on software development experience building and operating highly available, full-stack SaaS products is required, along with at least 3 years of experience as an engineering manager leading high-performing teams. Proficiency with modern AI tools and workflows, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and n8n, is essential. Strong technical leadership skills, experience with modern web architectures, and the ability to set technical direction and standards are also necessary.

The base salary for this position ranges from €112,000 to €168,000 per year, reflecting the cost of labor in Ireland. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, equity, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
