Key responsibilities include leading the overall management of high-value restaurant partners, resolving customer cases and tasks daily, and leveraging data to influence restaurant behavior and drive product adoption. The Account Manager will also perform remote presentations and training sessions, respond to partner concerns, and consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets with a strong focus on retention and reducing churn.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in account management or consultative selling, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations. They should be confident in using data and insights to influence decisions, possess excellent communication and training skills, and be highly organized and self-motivated. Proficiency in English is required, and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is preferred.
