Zenoti is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our Expansion Sales team, focusing on driving growth, retention, and long-term success within our strategic North American accounts. As a trusted advisor, you will strengthen executive relationships, ensure customers realize the full value of Zenoti, and identify opportunities to expand adoption of our AI-powered, all-in-one platform.

In this role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, positioning, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Zenoti’s add-on solutions and AI-powered products. You will develop deep, trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders to align Zenoti with customers’ business strategies. Additionally, you will build and execute strategic account plans that address customer objectives, operational challenges, and growth goals. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide customers on business strategy, operational efficiency, customer experience, and expansion across locations and solutions. Collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Services teams will be essential to deliver a seamless customer experience. Monitoring client health and usage metrics, surfacing opportunities for optimization and measurable ROI, and maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management are also key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a quota-carrying enterprise SaaS role, with proven success in account management and expansion. A consistent record of over-achievement in exceeding targets in account management and sales roles within the SaaS industry is essential. Strong understanding of cloud and AI-driven technologies, with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value, is required. Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences are crucial. A self-starter with strong business acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is desired. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events across North America is also necessary.

Zenoti offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 USD, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible work hours, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
