The Account Manager, Corporate at AlphaSense is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to effectively retain and grow the customer base. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inbound queries, outbound engagement, relationship updates, and renewal discussions. The Account Manager collaborates with Account Executives to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's footprint within each client account.

Key responsibilities include maximizing client retention rates, driving adoption of AlphaSense solutions into other business units of existing clients, and identifying revenue at risk to prevent churn. The Account Manager is also tasked with forecasting retention rates, understanding client business structures, and cultivating relationships with users and key stakeholders to ensure AlphaSense is viewed as a business partner rather than a vendor. Additional duties involve conducting business reviews, planning and executing new user onboarding and training initiatives, and serving as the advocate for both the client within AlphaSense and AlphaSense to the client.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 2-4 years of account management experience, with a proven ability to develop instant rapport and manage relationships within Fortune 1000 clients. They should demonstrate strong business acumen, commitment to effective processes, and exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills. A natural intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset are essential. Experience in a rapidly growing SaaS environment and understanding best practices for client engagement within such a setting are highly desirable.

AlphaSense offers a competitive base compensation range of $96,000 to $118,000 USD, with potential for performance-based bonuses, equity, and a generous benefits program.
