Account Manager
Array is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and building strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling products to maximize revenue generation. The Account Manager will develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients through regular communication and a deep understanding of their goals. Additionally, the role involves managing renewal cycles and contract negotiations to ensure long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in B2B2C or B2B account management, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM systems are essential. Knowledge of the financial and consumer cybersecurity industries is a plus.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting at $120,000, depending on experience, along with a commission structure.
