Account Executive
As an Account Executive at Zenoti, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our cloud-based software solutions tailored for the beauty and wellness industry. You will be part of a dynamic sales team dedicated to expanding our client base and enhancing customer relationships. Zenoti is a leading provider of comprehensive mobile solutions that streamline business operations for salons, spas, medspas, and fitness studios worldwide.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include converting qualified leads from the Inside Sales and SDR teams into successful closures. You will also be expected to generate your own leads through proactive outbound prospecting, collaborating closely with marketing, lead generation, SDRs, and customer success teams. Developing detailed business plans to achieve goals and quotas, conducting thorough discovery of customers' business priorities, and offering tailored introductions to Zenoti's products will be key aspects of your day-to-day work. Additionally, you will facilitate smooth transitions of new customers to our implementation teams and engage with existing customers to ensure they are maximizing the benefits of our software solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a 4-year bachelor's degree in business or a relevant discipline, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing technology sales or inside sales roles within SMB, Mid-market, or Enterprise client segments is required. Experience working with small to mid-sized companies, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude are essential. Familiarity with sales processes, account management, and problem-solving is crucial. Experience or understanding of the spa, salon, fitness, and/or beauty and wellness industry is a significant advantage.
