The Account Executive at OpenTable is responsible for expanding our dining network by engaging new restaurant partners through a consultative sales approach. This role is integral to enhancing restaurants' revenue potential by implementing our leading front-of-house management and online reservation technologies. We seek sales professionals who are passionate about the restaurant industry and eager to work with cutting-edge technology.

Key responsibilities include identifying and approaching prospective restaurant customers within an assigned territory to sell OpenTable products. The Account Executive will build and maintain relationships with top and elite restaurants, serving as a trusted advisor. The role involves providing high-quality, data-driven in-person and online demonstrations of OpenTable products tailored to each partner's needs. Additionally, the Account Executive will drive revenue by connecting with restaurateurs, educating them on industry trends, and offering unique insights. Developing strategic business plans, overcoming objections, and consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets are also essential aspects of the role.

Candidates should have significant experience in B2B enterprise sales and be native French speakers with professional fluency in English. The ideal candidate is ambitious, goal-oriented, and proactive in outbound activities. Strong discovery skills, the ability to ask insightful questions, and relate concepts effectively to prospects are crucial. A passion for hospitality and technology is essential, with restaurant management and/or sales experience in the food and beverage industry being strongly preferred. Candidates should be skilled in communicating new perspectives to customers, possess outstanding negotiation skills, and be adept at using data and analytics to inform decision-making. Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM is required.

OpenTable offers a comprehensive benefits package, including uncapped commission for Account Executives, 25 days of annual vacation plus RTTs, and four days off for personal weddings and one day for a child's wedding.
