Account Executive, Mid Enterprise - Central Europe
Klaviyo is seeking an Account Executive to join our Mid-Enterprise team in Munich, Germany, as part of our expansion into Central Europe. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a founding member of our German Go-to-Market team, contributing significantly to our international growth. As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in building Klaviyo's Mid-Market+ client base in Germany, working within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
In this position, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification and conducting product demonstrations to driving the buying process and closing deals. Your responsibilities will include actively managing your pipeline, developing strategies for long-term success, and supporting the success of your peers. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to new Account Executives and participate in adjacent tasks to expand your skill set over time.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in net-new revenue quota attainment, consistently exceeding targets in selling MarTech, Marketing Automation, or CDP SaaS solutions within the German market. Fluency in both German and English is required, along with a deep understanding of the eCommerce, Retail, and D2C brand ecosystem in Germany. Experience selling to C-suite and marketing personas, as well as working in high-velocity sales environments with multiple stakeholders, is essential. A growth mindset, resilience, and strong relationship-building skills are also key attributes for success in this role.
