Account Executive, Financial Services
AlphaSense is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Account Executive to join our expanding Financial Services Sales team. This role offers the opportunity to drive sales of our acclaimed AI-driven market intelligence platform, which is rapidly gaining global traction. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our company's growth and future achievements.
As an Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales process within your territory, focusing on hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and sell-side research departments. Your responsibilities will include researching opportunities, initiating discussions, building prospect relationships, conducting product demonstrations, managing product trials, and closing sales. You will also be expected to forecast accurately and develop the necessary pipeline to meet and exceed sales goals.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience, with a consistent track record of quota overachievement. Experience selling into the Financial Services sector, particularly to buy-side and/or sell-side institutions, is preferred. Strong skills in value-based selling, executive-level discovery, and delivering impactful product demonstrations are essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong commercial acumen with disciplined forecasting and pipeline management abilities.
AlphaSense offers a competitive benefits program, a generous commission plan with uncapped earning potential, as well as equity. The base compensation range for this role is $75,000 to $140,000 USD. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location and candidate experience/expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
