The position also involves providing guidance to new Account Executives and participating in adjacent tasks to expand skill sets over time.

Candidates should have a minimum of one year's experience carrying a net-new revenue quota with consistent overachievement in selling MarTech SaaS solutions. Experience selling to founders, business owners, and marketing personas, particularly within the eCommerce, retail, or brand sectors, is essential. Proficiency in both English and French, both written and verbal, is required. The ideal candidate is motivated, embraces challenges as opportunities for improvement, and possesses a strong growth mindset.

The base salary for this position is €65,000 per year. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
