Zenoti is seeking a driven and passionate Account Director to join our Expansion Sales team, responsible for driving growth, retention, and long-term success within our most strategic North America accounts. As a trusted advisor, you'll strengthen executive relationships, ensure customers realize the full value of Zenoti, and identify opportunities to expand adoption of our AI-powered, all-in-one platform.

In this role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, positioning, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Zenoti's add-on solutions and AI-powered products. You'll develop deep, trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders to align Zenoti with customers' business strategies. Additionally, you'll build and execute strategic account plans that address customer objectives, operational challenges, and growth goals.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in a quota-carrying enterprise SaaS role, with proven success in account management and expansion. A consistent record of over-achievement in exceeding targets in account management and sales roles within the SaaS industry is essential. Strong understanding of cloud and AI-driven technologies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences are also required.
