2026 Product Internship - NYC
Galaxy is offering a nine-week Product Internship at its New York City headquarters, running from June 8 to August 7, 2026. As a global leader in digital assets and data center infrastructure, Galaxy provides solutions that drive progress in finance and artificial intelligence. This internship is designed to immerse participants in the dynamic intersection of finance and technology.
Interns will engage in real product initiatives throughout the development lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and drafting product requirement documents to supporting launches and post-launch iterations. Responsibilities include prototyping product concepts by mapping user journeys, evaluating design trade-offs, and shaping ideas prior to formal development. Interns will also develop expertise in areas such as trading infrastructure, blockchain systems, and developer-facing products, with opportunities to contribute to Galaxy's API product suite. Utilizing AI tools to accelerate product workflows, including prototyping flows, synthesizing research, and producing clear internal documentation, is also a key aspect of the role.
Candidates should be structured thinkers capable of breaking down complex problems and communicating solutions clearly. Curiosity about platforms, APIs, trading infrastructure, or blockchain systems is essential. Strong communication skills, the ability to write clearly, organize ideas, and present structured thinking are required. Self-direction with an ownership mindset and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments are important qualities. An AI-curious mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to support productivity and product workflows is also desired.
Interns will be compensated at a rate of $55 per hour.
