Workplace Experience Specialist

Harness is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our Boston office, creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees. This full-time, in-office role reports to the Senior Manager of Workplace Design and Experience and collaborates closely with the global Workplace Design and Experience team.

Key responsibilities include managing workplace operations, overseeing facility appearance, and supporting employee services to ensure a positive environment. The specialist will handle mail and package deliveries, monitor the Freshservice ticketing system, coordinate content for internal knowledge-sharing platforms, and plan events to foster internal culture. Additionally, the role involves assisting with new hire onboarding and performing various ad hoc projects.

Candidates should have prior experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service roles, with strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset. Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Google Mail, Slack, and Zoom is essential. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and capable of multitasking and prioritizing work effectively.

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 annually, determined by factors including location, experience, and skills.
