Harness is seeking a Software Engineer II to join our Customer Experience team in Bangalore. This role combines deep technical expertise with a customer-facing focus, aiming to enhance the success of our enterprise clients by optimizing their software delivery pipelines using the Harness platform.

In this position, you will act as the primary technical authority for customers, guiding them through the architecture and implementation of sophisticated CI/CD strategies. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, developing in-depth expertise across multiple Harness modules, and leading the end-to-end architecture of Harness solutions in complex enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on DevOps, CI/CD, and automation. Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, or Shell is essential, along with hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms and a solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools and cloud platforms is also required.
