Harness is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead Harness CI Cloud, a core component of its comprehensive software delivery platform. This role involves owning the strategy and execution for hosted builds, enterprise connectivity, and cloud infrastructure capabilities that ensure secure, performant, scalable, and cost-efficient software delivery. The position is a high-impact, individual contributor role with a strong focus on technical execution, enterprise-grade trust, platform strategy, and the economics of running cloud infrastructure at scale.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Harness CI Cloud. The role requires shaping cloud infrastructure strategies across hosted builds, machine lifecycle, image strategy, workload isolation, and performance optimization. Additionally, the product manager will define success metrics and outcomes across adoption, latency, reliability, utilization, cost efficiency, and margin profile, using telemetry and customer feedback to drive decisions. Collaborating closely with early design partners to shape CI Cloud capabilities and validate priorities is also essential.

The ideal candidate should possess a BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Deep familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud, networking, and private connectivity models such as VPN, IPsec, and PrivateLink is required. A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and compute orchestration concepts, including VMs, containers, ephemeral workloads, autoscaling, isolation models, infrastructure cost drivers, and enterprise security requirements, is essential. The candidate should have 8+ years of total experience, including 4+ years in software development, infrastructure engineering, or a related technical role, and 4+ years in product management for cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, or enterprise infrastructure products.

Harness offers a competitive salary, comprehensive healthcare benefits, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), flexible work schedule, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Flexible Time Off and Parental Leave, monthly, quarterly, and annual social and team-building events, and monthly internet reimbursement. The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $180,000 and $210,000 annually.
