Working Student Trust (Third-Party Risk Management)

Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence technology, is seeking a Working Student for Third-Party Risk Management to join their Trust team in Munich, Germany. This role is integral to maintaining the company's high security standards by evaluating and monitoring the risk profiles of third-party vendors. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in security risk management within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The successful candidate will assist in performing security evaluations of new and existing vendors to ensure compliance with Celonis' security requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring the ongoing security posture of third-party vendors, supporting the management and configuration of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform, and maintaining accurate risk and vendor data. Additionally, the role involves creating and updating internal records related to vendor audits and compliance checks, as well as coordinating with Procurement and Legal teams to align on third-party security standards.

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Information Security, Business Informatics, or a related field. A basic understanding of security and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or SOC 2 is required. Candidates should have a keen interest in how cloud-native environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP manage security and compliance. Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication in English, and a proactive mindset are essential. The position requires candidates to be based in or around Munich and able to work on-site at Celonis headquarters.
