Workers' Compensation Deposition Attorney

The United Firm, also known as Windsor Troy Law, LLP, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Deposition Attorney to join their expanding practice. This remote position offers flexibility for attorneys interested in developing skills in Workers' Compensation law.

In this role, the attorney will handle case appearances, including status conferences and lien trials, take and defend depositions, manage discovery tasks, and coordinate with supervising attorneys to provide case status updates. Additionally, the attorney will support trial preparation and related litigation tasks.

No prior Workers' Compensation experience is required, as training will be provided. Preferred qualifications include litigation, deposition, or case management experience, along with strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new practice areas.

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, complimentary parking, paid time off, and more.
