Workers' Compensation Attorney
Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our expanding practice in South Carolina. In this role, you will manage a substantial and complex caseload, handling all aspects of workers' compensation cases and hearings. Responsibilities include drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions, guiding clients through the case process, interacting with expert witnesses, and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from an accredited institution, be an active member in good standing with the South Carolina State Bar Association, and have a minimum of three years of workers' compensation experience. Strong client service and communication skills, the ability to manage a high volume of cases, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
