Workers' Compensation Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our growing practice in Fort Myers, Florida. This role involves managing a substantial and complex caseload, representing clients in various workers' compensation matters. As part of our dedicated team, you will contribute to our mission of advocating for the rights of injured workers.

Key responsibilities include handling cases and hearings on a daily basis, drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. You will guide clients through the case process, interact with expert witnesses—including conducting conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits—and prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association. A minimum of three years of experience in workers' compensation is required. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings, exhibit excellent client service and communication skills, be self-starters driven by long-term career goals, and have superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
