Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney (Statewide – California)

They are currently seeking a compassionate and driven Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney to advocate for injured workers across California. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a significant impact on clients' lives.
In this role, the attorney will represent injured workers throughout all stages of their workers' compensation claims. Responsibilities include conducting client interviews, gathering necessary documentation, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in hearings. The attorney will also collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to support clients' cases.
Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and an active membership in the California State Bar. While 1–2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases is preferred, strong advocacy and interpersonal skills are essential.
The compensation package includes a salary ranging from $80,000 to $160,000 per year, along with medical, dental, and vision insurance. Additional benefits include a 401(k) plan, complimentary parking, paid time off, and opportunities for career development.
