Immigration Attorney

The United Firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join their dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA. As an Associate Immigration Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in representing clients in various immigration matters, contributing to the firm's mission of protecting clients' rights.

In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload, representing both detained and non-detained individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing immigration applications, conducting client consultations, and collaborating with law enforcement and community organizations on immigration law updates.

Ideal candidates will have 1 to 4 years of experience in immigration law, with a strong background in family-based petitions, humanitarian cases, and other USCIS applications. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, along with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to manage a caseload effectively.
