Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney (Statewide – California)

We are proud advocates for injured workers across California and are expanding our Workers’ Compensation practice. We are seeking a compassionate and driven Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney to advocate for injured workers statewide. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a significant impact on clients' lives.

In this role, you will represent injured workers at all stages of their workers' compensation claims. Your responsibilities will include conducting client interviews, gathering necessary documentation, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in hearings. You will also collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to support clients' cases effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and an active membership in the California State Bar. While 1–2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases is preferred, strong advocacy and interpersonal skills are essential.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $160,000 per year.
