Wellbeing Engagement Specialist (Events)
The Wellbeing Engagement Specialist (Events) at Wellhub is a pivotal role within the Wellbeing Engagement team, focusing on building strong relationships and driving engagement through high-impact experiences. This position is dedicated to strategizing and executing initiatives tailored for mid to senior-level leadership among clients, aligning with Wellhub's mission to make universal wellbeing accessible.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing relationship-focused events aimed at client retention and networking, curating unique experiential events, and developing engagement strategies for external events and sponsorships. The specialist ensures seamless client interactions from personalized invitations to post-event follow-ups, collaborates closely with Client Success teams to identify strategic accounts, manages vendors and budgets effectively, and monitors engagement and satisfaction metrics to assess the impact of events on client retention and expansion.
Candidates should reside in São Paulo with availability to work in the office at least twice a week. Required qualifications include prior experience in corporate events, public relations, or community management with a focus on planning and flawless execution, strong interpersonal skills for engaging with executives and decision-makers, a customer experience mindset with attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple schedules and vendors without compromising quality, proficiency in Google tools (Sheets and Slides), and intermediate English proficiency. Experience with JIRA and CANVA is considered a plus.
