Welfare Director
The Welfare Director at Wellhub will lead the Fitprime brand, the entity dedicated to managing the Welfare channel within the Wellhub Group. This role involves overseeing a multidisciplinary team and driving the brand's growth in alignment with the company's mission to revolutionize workplace wellness.
Key responsibilities include managing the Fitprime brand to protect existing revenue streams and scale turnover derived from the Welfare channel. The director will negotiate and manage strategic contracts with Welfare Providers, insurance intermediaries, and local associations. Additionally, they will coordinate a team comprising Sales, Finance, and Customer Success/Operations to ensure excellent service for clients and partners.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the Welfare and Flexible Benefits sector, with deep knowledge of the dynamics between companies, employees, and welfare platforms. They should possess proven ability to handle complex negotiations with C-Level executives and external partners, using a "win-win-win" approach. Excellent process management skills, focusing on reducing operational workload through automation and system integration, are essential. Strong leadership qualities are required to guide the team toward a unified vision while maintaining the specific identity of the Welfare division.
