Weekend Document Production and Workflow Specialist - Night Shift - Remote

This full-time position operates from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Tuesday through Saturday, primarily remotely with occasional in-office requirements in Newcastle.

The role involves delivering high-quality document production services, including creating legal documents using firm templates, performing document health checks, and handling tasks such as graphics creation, document conversions, and cross-reference checking. Additionally, the specialist will manage workflow coordination using the ServiceNow application, ensuring accurate logging and maintenance of information, and provide first-level support for client and team queries during the shift.

Candidates should possess excellent copy and audio typing skills, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and the Adobe suite. Experience in a professional corporate services environment and strong communication skills are essential. Previous experience in a legal setting is advantageous.
