Weekend Document Production and Workflow Specialist - Day Shift - Remote

Clifford Chance, a leading international law firm with over 30 offices worldwide, is seeking a Weekend Document Production and Workflow Specialist for the day shift. This role is part of the Global Business Services (GBS) Document Production team, responsible for delivering high-quality document production and customer service to partners and fee earners across all global offices. The position is primarily remote, with occasional requirements to work from the Newcastle office as business needs dictate.

The specialist will be responsible for producing high-quality legal documents using Clifford Chance templates or tailored requirements, including tasks such as document health checks, graphics creation, document conversions, and mail merges. Additionally, the role involves operational coordination of workflow using the ServiceNow (SNOW) application, ensuring accurate logging and maintenance of relevant information, managing deadlines, and maintaining document security. The specialist will also provide first-level support for client and team queries during their shift, escalating issues to the GBS Management team as necessary.

Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, both oral and written, and demonstrate the ability to prioritize under pressure and manage deadlines effectively. Experience in document production, particularly within a legal environment, is highly desirable. Familiarity with document management systems, such as iManage, and workflow applications like ServiceNow is advantageous. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively with team members across different locations are essential.
