The Webinar Marketing Manager at LVT is responsible for strategically planning and executing content across multiple platforms to drive pipeline growth. This role involves creating high-impact assets that span the entire marketing funnel, simplifying complex topics through strong, conversational writing. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams to ensure content is timely and addresses industry needs. Additionally, the role includes acting as a webinar host and producer, pitching topics, managing logistics, and maintaining a professional public presence to capture qualified leads and position the company as a thought leader.

Key responsibilities include drafting and publishing content such as blog posts, case studies, and white papers; analyzing content performance to identify high-performing assets; researching market trends and customer pain points to develop new webinar topics; managing the editorial calendar to track deadlines; optimizing content for SEO; preparing and executing webinars, including coordinating guests and creating slide decks; and hosting or moderating live or on-demand webinars.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, with 2-5 years of professional experience in a content role focused on creating educational and lead-driving assets. Exceptional storytelling skills are essential, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with different buyer personas and translate complex concepts into clear, understandable content. Strong research and editorial skills, including thorough research capabilities, excellent writing and editing, and attention to detail, are required. The candidate should also demonstrate proven project and deadline management abilities, managing a rigorous editorial calendar and coordinating assets across multiple stakeholders.
