Key responsibilities include overseeing the proactive maintenance program by setting and achieving daily and weekly targets related to field parts and maintenance schedules. The coordinator manages the entire supply chain for field parts, encompassing inventory forecasting, capacity and demand analysis, procurement management, and ensuring timely completion of tasks by field technicians. Additionally, the role involves escalating critical work orders, coordinating resources to prevent unit failures, and maintaining performance dashboards to optimize maintenance schedules and reduce downtime.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. They should possess strong analytical skills to identify patterns, determine root causes, and drive continuous process improvements. Proficiency in project management software, support ticketing systems, and ERP/WMS platforms is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment are also required.
