Job Description

The Warehouse Associate will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our medical cannabis logistics. This position involves overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining strong communication with the Warehouse Lead and remote team members. You will assist in the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in all warehouse processes.

- Supervise daily activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching medical cannabis products, while optimising processes and maintaining inventory accuracy.

- Ensure all products are handled in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies, including licensing, certifications, and inspections.

- Coordinate order fulfillment processes to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements.

- Safety & Security: Implement robust safety and security measures for the handling and storage of medical cannabis.

- Logistics: Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager and logistics partners to ensure timely, efficient order fulfillment.
