Performance Marketing Manager

Do you want to own paid social performance marketing at a company genuinely changing how people access healthcare?
As Performance Marketing Manager you will take the reins for the strategic development, execution and optimisation of paid social media acquisition across Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms — operating within one of the most complex and tightly regulated advertising environments in the UK.
This is not a standard paid media role. You will need to understand the regulatory distinction between promoting a regulated clinical service and promoting a controlled product — and consistently find ways to reach and convert the right audiences within those boundaries. Combining your deep platform expertise, analytical rigour, and the creative problem-solving ability to drive meaningful acquisition within the constraints of MHRA advertising guidance and platform-specific health and wellness policies.

What will you be doing?
SPECIALIST PAID SOCIAL STRATEGY
- Develop, own and lead paid social acquisition strategies across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and emerging platforms, across UK and selected international markets.
- Design, implement and run bespoke paid social frameworks covering account architecture, campaign structure, testing frameworks and optimisation logic for a regulated healthcare advertiser
- Navigate MHRA guidelines and platform-specific health and wellness policies, including managing policy escalations and maintaining compliant campaign delivery.
- Drive creative performance by partnering with in-house creative and brand teams — translating performance data, regulatory constraints and audience insight into compelling, compliant paid social assets.
