Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise technology sales or global account leadership, with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals across various geographies. Essential skills include expertise in complex deal negotiation, multi-stakeholder management, and business case development. A strong understanding of enterprise software, data infrastructure, cloud, and open-source technologies is required, along with technical proficiency in databases, data warehouses, data lakes, and AI technologies such as Generative AI and large language models.
