EDB is seeking a high-impact Associate, Data Analytics & AI to join our team. This role focuses on architecting, deploying, and scaling AI solutions that directly impact our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, from optimizing the sales funnel to automating complex commercial workflows. The successful candidate will leverage MLOps and Agentic Orchestration to move AI into production, creating autonomous tools that empower our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to win faster and smarter.

Key responsibilities include designing and deploying models that address high-stakes GTM challenges such as lead scoring, churn prediction, and customer lifetime value forecasting to directly influence revenue retention and acquisition. The role also involves building and orchestrating autonomous agents using tools like LangChain, n8n, or CrewAI to automate commercial reasoning tasks, such as personalized outbound at scale, automated RFP processing, and competitive intelligence gathering. Additionally, the Associate will utilize Amazon SageMaker or Azure ML to ensure GTM models are production-ready, monitored, and capable of scaling alongside global sales operations without downtime.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in data science or AI, with a proven track record of solving GTM-focused problems in areas like Sales Operations, Marketing Technology, or Revenue Operations. A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science is required. The candidate should possess a business-first mindset, measuring success by business outcomes like conversion rates and churn reduction rather than model metrics alone. Practical experience using SageMaker or Azure ML to deploy and monitor models in a commercial environment is essential, along with hands-on experience building multi-step agentic workflows using tools like LangChain or n8n. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) is also required, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
