VP Sales Market Segments (Trading/IPPS)

Energy Exemplar is seeking a senior Segment Sales Leader to build and scale its presence across four strategic, underpenetrated segments in the Americas: Power Traders & Market Participants, Renewable Developers & IPPs, Data Centers & Large Loads, and Consultants & Advisory Firms. This market-building leadership role focuses on creating new value narratives, buying motions, and ecosystem engagement in these segments, which differ from the company's established Utility & ISO segment. The Segment Sales Leader will own segment strategy, pipeline creation, and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth across these customer types, working closely with ISO-based field teams, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Partners. The role involves directly managing six Account Executives and having dotted-line or direct leadership over aligned Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
