The Vice President of Training and Revenue Enablement at KnowBe4 will lead the development and execution of comprehensive training and enablement programs. This role focuses on ensuring effective onboarding for new employees and advancing sales training initiatives. The VP will collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and performance optimization, aligning training strategies with business objectives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing annual training strategies aligned with organizational goals, building and maintaining strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, and hiring and developing a high-performing training and enablement team. The VP will also oversee the execution of onboarding, training, and product rollout programs, manage learning management systems, and establish metrics to measure training effectiveness.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, with over five years of experience in sales, revenue or sales enablement, and people management. Strong business acumen in a software-related environment is essential, along with experience in fast-paced global companies managing multiple projects. Familiarity with cybersecurity and security awareness training is advantageous. Key skills include strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, instructional design, data-driven decision-making, technological proficiency, change management, and team development.
