This process involves persistent follow-up and effective communication to ensure a high conversion rate from prospecting to sales.

Candidates for this position should possess familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT security field, though this is considered a plus rather than a requirement. Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office is essential, along with experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or other sales tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial, as is a friendly and persistent phone demeanor.
