VP Talent Management (Remote)
The Vice President of Talent Management at KnowBe4 will lead the transformation of the company's talent management function into a comprehensive, strategic organization. This role involves integrating learning and development, performance management, succession planning, high-potential programs, and career development into a cohesive, data-driven function. The VP will serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on talent pipeline health and workforce development strategy.
Key responsibilities include defining and leading KnowBe4's global talent management strategy, overseeing the performance management lifecycle, designing and executing a global high-potential identification program, and building career development frameworks. The VP will also manage the design and delivery of all manager and employee development programs, optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and talent technology platforms, and champion the adoption of AI and intelligent automation within talent management workflows.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent management, learning and development, or related people functions, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, is required. Deep expertise across the full talent management lifecycle and hands-on experience with Workday's talent, learning, and performance modules are essential. Strong analytical skills, experience leading high-performing teams, and excellent executive presence and communication skills are also necessary.
