VP, IT - Architect of Digital Acceleration

As the Vice President of IT at Gong, you will lead the global IT operations and workforce enablement for thousands of employees across international locations, ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable environment that matches the speed of a high-growth SaaS ecosystem. This role is pivotal in architecting the enterprise platforms, operating models, and governance that allow the business to scale rapidly and securely.

Key responsibilities include engineering a high-velocity workforce by leading global IT operations, scaling the AI infrastructure to support large-scale AI-powered SaaS environments, designing a zero-trust identity ecosystem rooted in cloud-native identity platforms, and transforming IT through intelligent automation and operational rigor. Additionally, you will embed operational controls to support compliance requirements, drive cross-functional synergy by implementing Enterprise Service Management platforms, orchestrate technical integration of mergers and acquisitions, and optimize the innovation budget through strategic sourcing and disciplined investment decisions.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in high-growth leadership, demonstrating success in evolving IT organizations during hyper-growth phases. A strategic growth mindset is essential, along with deep expertise in enterprise identity, infrastructure, and security strategy. Operational and financial discipline, including managing multi-million-dollar budgets and vendor rationalization, is also required.
