Visual Manager - Rockefeller Center
The Visual Manager at Alo Yoga's Rockefeller Center location is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for implementing the brand's visual and product strategies. The Visual Manager plans floor changes, manages payroll related to visual tasks, and utilizes reporting tools to identify business opportunities, making necessary adjustments to product placement and stock levels.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They should be adaptable, capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, and align with Alo Yoga's guiding principles. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform various physical movements, and stand for entire shifts.
Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 annually, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
