Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives, optimizing productivity and efficiency, and ensuring a friendly and easy-to-shop environment. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing reports to strategize and deliver results, and supporting action plans to address areas needing improvement. Additionally, the Sales Associate is responsible for effective sales floor coverage, introducing all facets of the ALO business model, and leveraging company tools and incentives to meet store goals.
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. Self-motivation, a desire to achieve results, and the ability to excel both individually and as part of a team are essential. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform various physical activities such as bending and climbing, and stand and move throughout the entire shift.
