Data Analyst Intern

As a Data Analyst Intern at ALO, you will play a pivotal role in transforming extensive datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across product development, marketing initiatives, and retail operations. Your primary responsibilities will include developing dashboards and reports to monitor business health and campaign performance, analyzing customer journeys across digital and retail touchpoints, supporting experimentation and A/B testing initiatives, collaborating with marketing, product, and merchandising teams to surface actionable insights, and presenting findings through compelling visualizations and data storytelling.

Candidates should possess a BS or MS in Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline. Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is essential. Additionally, experience with Python or R for data analysis and familiarity with A/B testing and statistical methods are required.

The internship program runs from June 8th to July 31st, with interns working 40 hours per week at ALO's Beverly Hills headquarters. Compensation for this position ranges from $45 to $50 per hour, reflecting the current pay scale for this role.
