Visual Manager - Plaza Frontenac
The Visual Manager at ALO's Plaza Frontenac location in St. Louis, MO, is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for implementing the company's visual and product strategies. Key responsibilities include overseeing and supporting the execution of operational and visual processes, championing strong visual standards by leveraging business performance data, leading strategic product presentation and merchandising, and effectively planning visual floor changes through payroll management. The Visual Manager also utilizes reporting tools to identify business opportunities related to product placement, outfitting, and stock levels, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. They should be agile, capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, and possess a strong independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability. Physical requirements include constant movement around the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for an entire shift.
