Visual Manager - Century City
The Visual Manager at Alo Yoga's Century City location is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for bringing the brand's visual and product strategies to life. This role focuses on planning, product knowledge, and visual execution to ensure the store is customer-ready at all times. Key responsibilities include overseeing and supporting the execution of operational and visual processes, championing strong visual standards on the sales floor, and leading strategic product presentation and merchandising. The Visual Manager effectively plans floor changes, manages payroll, and adapts visual support to meet business needs. Utilizing reporting tools, they identify business opportunities related to product placement, outfitting, and stock levels, making necessary adjustments to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience, with a strong working knowledge of MS Office applications. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The role requires agility in handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, along with an independent work ethic, effective time management, and personal accountability. Physical requirements include constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for an entire shift.
Alo Yoga offers a competitive compensation package, with a base pay ranging from $32.00 to $37.00 per hour. Visual Managers are also eligible to participate in the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may result in total compensation exceeding the base range.
