Visual Lead - Westport

The Visual Lead at Alo Yoga is responsible for achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective visual merchandising. This role involves close collaboration with the Visual Manager and Operations & Visual Manager to initiate, delegate, and provide feedback to the team, ensuring optimal results that support total store operations.

Key responsibilities include managing the execution of operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and supply management. The Visual Lead maintains strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery, restocking, and implementing visual merchandising changes in accordance with directives. Additionally, this role plans visual floor changes, executes visual direction to meet company expectations, and utilizes reporting tools to identify business opportunities related to product placement and stock levels.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills. They should value feedback, possess high energy and enthusiasm, and be self-motivated with a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, along with alignment with Alo Yoga's guiding principles.

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, with eligibility to participate in the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
