Visual Lead - The Mall at Short Hills

The Visual Lead at ALO's Short Hills location is responsible for driving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective visual merchandising. This role involves close collaboration with the Visual Manager and Operations team to ensure the store's visual standards align with ALO's brand identity and objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and inventory replenishment. The Visual Lead maintains strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery, restocking, and implementing visual merchandising changes in accordance with company directives. Additionally, this role involves planning visual floor changes, executing visual directions, and utilizing reporting tools to identify business opportunities related to product placement and stock levels.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. The role requires high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun and work. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, along with a self-motivated attitude and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team.

The position offers a base pay ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
